Typically the size you need will depend on whether you are after extra space for a few belongings or if you are moving house and need to store all your items. Our 'Size Estimator' will help you decide on the amount of space you require.

Reserve Your Space

Using our simple 'Online Reservation' form you can be sure that you will have the space that you require on the date that you need it. Reservations cost just £10 and are refundable against your initial storage invoice so in fact it's FREE.

Complete the 'Storage Licence Agreement'

All customers must complete our simple 'Storage Licence Agreement'. To make things easy and convenient you can complete our 'Online Storage Licence Agreement' . Simpy click on the link here or at the side of the page, enter your chosen Username, Password and your email address under 'New Users' and start to complete the form.

If you find that you need to gather some information prior to completing the form, you can save your progress and then return to the form, login using your specific username and password and then submit the completed agreement to us. All this can be done at anytime of day or night that suits you.

Move In

Once our agreement is complete you can move into your storage space. If you have completed the agreement online, you will need to bring your ID documents with you unless you have uploaded them to our secure site.

Payment Methods

StoreWise has two payment methods, both of which can be amended and updated online from this website.

Our storage fees are due on or before the first day of each month in advance. You can therefore choose to have your credit or debit card charged automatically each month by us with no interaction by yourself, or you can set up a direct debit with us.

Moving Out

Your storage will continue on a monthly contract until you decide that you don't need your space any longer. You simply give us 14 days notice to vacate and inform us that all is clear on the actual day you leave and remove your padlock. Please be aware that vacating a unit without prior notification or removing the padlock, still leaves you liable for storage charges.
