At StoreWise Self Storage we also try and make things as simple as possible and we extend that to our pricing structure also.
Typically your monthly invoice will only have two items on it;
- Storage (This will be the space you rent in either our rooms or containers)
- Insurance (All goods MUST be insured and we provide and excellent Fully Comprehensive Insurance Policy)
Other charges will appear on your invoice if any of the following items or services are purchased;
- Merchandise & Packing Materials
- High Security Padlock Rental
- Delivery and Collection Services
- Archive Racking Rental
- Document Scanning
- Document Shredding
- Fork Lift Truck Hire
- Van Hire (except when moving in which is typically FREE)
Are We Competitive?
We do our best to be competitive and as a result we hear lots of people who pay more but rarely hear of many who pay less. When compared on a like-for-like basis we are usually the best value for money in our area and as such are very proud of the service we offer as it is excellent value for money.
What If I Find Somewhere Cheaper?
Well sometimes it does happen, even to us so if you do find a reputable company offering the same range of services as ourselves for less money, we will refund the difference and offer a further discount of 10% including VAT.
The price guarrantee is only valid on storage charges and does not include insurance and merchandise.
Do You Charge Monthly or Weekly?
We bill per calendar month. We find our customers prefer it as it is easier to budget for storage costs and they know exactly when the bill is coming as the 'Due Date' never changes.
Being charged weekly may sound cheaper but it is rarely the case. Paying for your storage every 4 weeks actually means you make 13 payments in a year instead of 12 monthly payments, plus your due date for payment always changes which means it is more difficult for you to manage your household budget.

Do You Charge VAT?
Yes we do, however we always try and quote our prices including VAT.
If you are a VAT registered individual or company then you will always receive a standard invoice highligting the VAT paid so you can easily claim it back in your financial accounts.
If you are a normal domestic customer then we make sure that the prices we quote are equal to or better than other companies who do not charge VAT.
